Because we work in close collaboration with our clients, we’ve been able to improve our production processes, our use of raw materials and the diversity of our products. We own a modern, 8,000 square meter process plant built in 2007, allowing us to receive recently harvested, live salmon to guarantee the freshness of our products. This allowed our first production plant, in Hornopirén, to be oriented 100 percent towards value added and smoked products, making it one of the industry’s largest smoked products plants. Our product line includes traditional filets, as well as also value added products like smoked salmon. All our products are exported to markets around the world, including Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. We are supported by a well-trained, professional marketing team oriented to export markets and to serving client needs.
