Quality is the main objective our business. It is an overriding, fundamental concern when processing products for human consumption. That’s why our Quality Control department works in every stage of the production and processing areas, from the incubation process to the freezing of the final product, to assure compliance with all standards and with the specifications of our clients.

Our plants are certified to export to every market and have been given the highest quality ranking (category A1). We have HACCP certification and are working to achieve BRC certification.

Since our receiving plants are close to the ocean, our salmon are freshly harvested and quickly processed, thus guaranteeing the quality of our products. Our high food safety standards and good business practices allow us to sell our products in demanding markets like Japan.
